Default Fixed my odometer gear. Now the speedo reads 10 mph too high

I can't figure out why the speedo is reading 10 mph too high after I fixed the odometer. I don't think I put the needle back on wrong because I used a picture of the dash to get it positioned correctly. It is sitting just below the first mark when stopped. What could I have messed up to cause the speedo to be off?

If you used a speedometer mechinism from a non-20v cluster it will be 10+mph fast.

I didn't change the speedo, just replaced the broken gear.

Default Tach and speedo are high? You have a voltage problem...

Maybe something got knocked loose when you changed the gears?
