Hello,
I'm looking to replace the fluids in my Audi. I dont know what kind of crap the previous owner has in there, or how often it was replaced. How many liters of each fluid should I get for a 1993 Audi 90 CS Quattro 5-speed? These are the fluids I want: brake fluid, anti-freeze, hyd. fluid, and trans. fluid. What are the best brands for each? How much does a flush and fill cost for each fluid?
Thanks for the help,
Mike

how much I need of each. And if you look in their kits they don't have a kit for a 93-95 Audi 90 CS Quattro with a 5-speed manual.

almost 2 gal antifreeze, 2 liter/quart hyd fluid, i think complete tranny needs a gallon.
i use texaco 100,000 mile antifreeze $5 gal
synthetic dot4 valvoline fluid $3, also synthetic hydro fluid $4. gearbox fluid wherever available, its hard to find many different kinds of gear oil.
this setup works for me... i think all the factory lubes are way too expensive.

Radiator - Distilled water w/RedLine water wetter
Rear diff - NEO 75-90 Limited slip diff
Trans - NEO RHD 4.8L AudiSport 6spd Trans
Brakes - ATE SuperBlue Race
Motor - NEO 20-50
Use Audi Oil filters ONLY! Oil preesure is higher than most. Regular filters tend to come apart. I use NEO oils, they are on the web. Their site is kind of cheezy, but their product is good. Redline oils are also really good.
