Default i bet one of your interior lights is shorted to itself...

the glove box light LOVES to do this, as well as the other small bulbs in the console....

fuses are super cheap, and very useful! checkout Slabs idea too

i just bought a 1993 90CS-problem headlight out but not burnt out the fuse it good dont know what to do 2nd problem fog lights fuse keeps burning out replaced fuse and the fog lights worked but when i tried to turn them back on the fuse burns out

look for the hot wire to be touching anything grounded
