Grinding noise when rolling down the road?
Grinding when trying to engage gears?
Is the car a stick or auto?
is there a clutch issue?
Have you checked the slave and bled the system?

Drain old gear oil and refill with (I think 3 quarts) of Redline MT90 synthetic gear oil. That might help. If not you only wasted about $30. My 91 90Q 20V would grind if I tried to go from 1st to 2nd too fast. I would have to push in the clutch and slowly go into 2nd if I didn't want to hear the gears grind. Now after using the MT90 gear oil it's like new. I guess it has something to do with the viscosity of the oil and the syncros not meshing (spining too fast while engaging the gears). Can't hurt to try.
