got (or at least had) an occluded front as well as an upper warm front sitting right around Vancouver...so a bunch of wierd fcked up weather the last few days. 'course the big LOW sitting just a few hundred miles north of us doesn't help either =S
what's the plan now? multi-rating or going for single engine IFR...?
if you can rent planes you are more than welcome to bounce up to Abbotsford (CYXX) and I'll meet ya there ;-)

Yeah I just squeeked in this ride today between fronts, literally. Looks like the cold front is mowing down the coast and working inland right now. Anyhow, home base is KELN (Ellensburg), at least for school. The weather has been bad though, I was delayed 5 times for this flight.
Abbotsford, one of the prof's at my school was based up there years back, Dale Wilson. Anyhow I'm going to be flying a friends 182 quite a bit this summer, Abbotsford would be a good XC.

to replace a belly strap for a helicopter I've been repairing. My boss asks me, "I hope your not putting this stuff on your Audi?" I reply, "Yup! Making another skid plate!" He looks at me funny and walks away. ;O)
