My 93 90 did not come with the Aux guages and thus has the oil pressure sensor that does NOT have the hook-up's for the guages.
There is a Audi 200,(93?) at the wreckers near my house and It has the aux guages in the top of the dash. I was wondering if the oil pressure sennsor on the 200 would work on my car?? then I would just get the guages from the 200 and custom fabricate a mount for my 90.
Will this work??

Every car should have an oil pressure sensor, it causes your oil light to come on, just splice the wires and run the gauge off it. It should be on the back of the block somewhere, never located it on an Audi before, maybe someone else can help...But yes it should work.

The sensors are located on top of the upper oil pan by the oil filter you will need to remove the low pressure switch - the one that faces the bulkhead and screw in the combined low pressure/gauge module from the 200, as for wiring I'll let others explain who've retrofitted the aux gauges.
