Are grade 10.9 bolts more than enough for the balljoint pinch attachment? And the rear a-arms?

Are grade 10.9 bolts more than enough for the balljoint pinch attachment? And the rear a-arms?
Looked at mine last nite and the OEMs look fagged. Local McMaster-Carr sells them cheap by the pak.
