Has anyone ever converted the climate control unit from one of THESE to one of THESE? [pics inside]

Yep, I did it roughly two years ago or so.
Search my ID on how to do it. Keep in mind that I deleted the A/C when I did it so it was super easy. I'm sure keeping the A/C couldn't be that hard.

Oh...I see...think I am just going to stick with stock...
seems like a little too much work just for a different unit...
I just cannot figure out for the life of me how to get air to blow out towards the front inside of the windshield...I think something is busted...
