My fan selector switch doesn't work on I and II, only on III and IIII.
The dealership said that it's probably the reister pack in the fan motor -- and the new motor is $265 Cdn. and 4 hours labour to install...
Any other ideas? I had a brief look at the switch itself and couldn't detect anything wrong, although I didn't test it's function with a multimeter since I couldn't reach.

...is a part separate from the motor. I bought the resistor pack for about $30US when the fan would only work on the two highest speeds.
On my 93 90, the resistor pack is located under the glove compartment, and it took about 20 minutes to disassemble the glove box and panels, replace the part and put everything back together.
IIRC, the part number was 191-959-263. Good luck.

The lead for the fan, IIRC. In other words, it's between the wires harness that goes to the fan and the fan itself. It's about the size of a deck of cards.
