that fuel mixture just sounds nasty....
lets look at it this way, you got a problem with having incorrect fuel to air mixture, a hose that supposed to have vacuum go thrum, i s not doing its function because its clogged (in your case collapsed) also have you adjusted your fuel mixture?

here are my new test results. i advanced the timing a bit and added some methyl hydrate to the gas. how do i adjust the fuel mixture? i thought u can only adjust fuel mixture at idle....

i think it might be the o2 sensor, cause when i disconect the green single wire that goes to the ecm and touch it to ground the engine idle surges from 900 to 1100rpm. This symptom sometimes happends even with the wire connected, so i think its a bad o2 in turn telling the fuel pressure reg wrong signals.

get on to 20v.org, they should have some good instructions on hot to adjust your fuel mixture, test your O2 before replacing it (you maybe just throwing money out) did you get the hose replaced?
