...that being said that engine would be from a 1993 production car - in between 09/30/92 (# AAH 176 589) and 10/31/92 (# AAH 185 689).
All the engines that came into the US started around # 079 185 (for '92 100s) so the 4 digit number couldn't be the engine code - plus it's usually right after the engine code (ie. AAH 177 34x). Since that's only a sticker though, I'd check to see the actually stamping on the engine block...
Either way it's still a really 12V - I'd for sure replace all the gaskets, check valves, etc.
