Hey guys,
A quickie (hopefully):
Just changed my oil from 20W-50 to 10W-40 for the winter on my 1993 Audi 90 Quattro. Also replaced the oil filter. When I start my car the oil pressure gauge is maxed out at idle and when I rev high it actually goes beyond the maximum of the gauge.
Any suggestions/comments?

Its normal, believe it or not. When you start the car and the engine is cold the oil pressure gauge will read past its max 5bar. As you drive and the engine warms up and you come to a stop it should go down. Everytime you push the gas the oil pressure will of course increase.
