Default Hood repainting

My hood has a bunch of bubbleing on the paint on the hood, and a few chips on the hood. I want to repaint it but I was thinking it might be a job that I could do myself, since the hood comes off and everything it should be easy.

I was wondering if it is at all possible to do a decent paint job on my hood from my garage.

Anyone have a procedure on how it should be done ?

Gotta find some tornado red paint..

Default Re: It's a pro job if.........

you want it to look half-assed decent. A pro can match your paint color and make it look seamless. You could try your local MAACO paint shop. They don't charge much to just respray a hood. I think about $400.
