My CQ has a plastic bleeder valve on one of the hoses going into the fire wall. They break. Be careful...

Default Ghetto method - blow into the reservoir, and coolant tastes GOOD !

I think the car needs to be hot enough for the thermostat to be open for this to work.

Default Ur supposed to open bleed valve then fill through expansion tank until coolant seeps out of bleed.

Then you can close everything, go for a drive and then top off expansion tank if needed.
I tried opening the bleed valve but it wasn't for moving and I didn't want to force it so I just left it: just filled-up, ran the engine for a while and topped-up.

yeah....you gotta get the t-stat open.

And like MikTip, I've never had to bleed a 5cyl. The 12v, yes...

Yes ur supposed to open little bleed screw going into firewall - mine broke as I tried to undo it, leaving the screw inside, so I just left it, filled exp tank and drove, then topped up.
