Default The air foil thingie that goes around the wiper arm.
It hinges and clamps around the wiper arm. I break them everytime I try to remove them. Mainly because they get old and brittle.

Default i think someone stole mine, you should ask them.
one day it was there, and a while later, i noticed it wasn't... i would have noticed if it flew off while driving... hmm.
