How hard would it be to fabricate mounting brackets for a sparco torino seat?

How hard would it be to fabricate mounting brackets for a sparco torino seat?

Not hard if you have access to the following:

Various measuring instruments (steel rule, tape measure, calipers, etc)
Flat bar iron (Lowes, Home Depot, Furrows, Menards, etc)
Equal-leg angle iron (see above)
Band saw, drop saw, hack saw
Drill/drill press w/at least HSS bits
Welder (Stick, MIG, TIG, I prefer TIG)
Torx-bit for a wrench (to remove factory seat from factory seat base and then reattach the new seat to the factory seat base)

That is all I used to make one for the Recaro.

Default I have a tape measure and torx bits

So I am pretty much not going to make one. Nuts.

These are a set of VW brackest modified to fit B3 or B4 Audi's.

I've done several, and their not too difficult. ;O)

Default That is basically what I did...Except it was just an adapter piece to go between the Recaro seat and

the Audi electric base.
