How many quarts of oil does the 2.3L 20v take? Search results inside >>>
I read up on 20v.org that it take 5 quarts of oil.
I then read the model guide on audiworld and it says: 3.7 U.S. quarts
Now which is it?
So now I am totally lost...STFA nothing pulled up in the first 5 pages...
Thanks!

You didn't answer his question. He has a 20v not a 10v.
Answer is 5qts. I go to Wal-Mart and buy their 5qt Mobil 1 10w-40 jugs. Works good that way and cheaper.
The Audiworld specs page has a lot of errors. The 3.7-4qts is for the 10v not the 20v.

20v.org > AW in many ways. Use AW search archives info selectively...
as you can see in this example, 4000fixes answered it wrong and had somebody not corrected it this would come up in a search and somebody could get screwed badly...just my $.02

Direct from the 18 year old Coupe Quattro owner's manual: 5 quarts
Looked it up when I was buying some oil for my son's car, it takes 5 qts including filter.
And boy did I feel old when I realized that manual and the car are older than my almost 16 year old son...
