How much rust is necessary to have Audi repaint panels within the 10 year warranty?

Default How much rust is necessary to have Audi repaint panels within the 10 year warranty?

I have discovered some rust in the rear 3/4 panel on the driver's side about the size of a dime. It would be awesome if Audi just looked at it and repainted the whole thing for me..but i doubt it's that easy!

Default If the paint is original and the rust is coming up from underneath...

... a dealer *should* reapait that ONE panel.

The warranty only covers perforation. The rust will need to go all the way through first.
