educated guess based on shipping experience:
spare tire 14lbs
and cover 3.5lbs
jack 2.2 lbs
rear seats 35lbs
passenger seat 42lbs
driver seat head rest 1.3lbs
4 floor mats 7.5lbs
total: ~105lbs
I would love to find out exactly how much all that really does equal though.

Not enough to make much of a difference
The heaviest item on the list is the spare at around 30 lbs.
A rough estimate is if you can lose 100 lbs, it's like adding around 8 HP.
So like when you add say 15 HP from a chip mod, and then carry a passenger, it's all about the same as before.

Where you get those weight's?
My OZ's which are very ligh are 14 lbs alone for the wheel, add a tire and it's up around 32 lbs.
My Compomotives are 19 lbs for the wheel alone.
Sounds like the spare weight you list is a bit light?
