Hydraulic pump problem narrowed down a bit...one more question

After spending a few hours today trying to reverse engineer the craziest hydraulic system I've ever seen, I seem to have narrowed my problem (started car with p/s pump x plug removed, don't ask!) a little.
I now basically need to know just the order of assembly of the parts under that x plug, and their orientation. I have a piston and a spring I am trying to figure out. I realize the little cap on the end of the spring is missing. Just wondering if anyone on here happens to know offhand, and can give a quick reply to get the CQ back on the road

MikTip's suggestion sounds the best to me.
