had 2 versions? is this true? one set has 40 & 45mm pistons the other has a small piston (obviously, thought not sure size) WITH THE LARGER ONE BEING 54MM?
Does anyone know about this difference and if so, what a part number would be for the 54mm set?

<center><img src="http://www.bilgalleri.dk/uploads_large/220963.jpg"></center><p>dont remember the sizes of the pistons, but the larger one dont seem that much bigger than the smaller one, and one would think that the S2, being the one with the most power in the Audi 80 family (apart from RS2 obviously) would have the biggest brakes also.

...there was a VIN split in early 1990 (chassis #3000), but from that split on the NM, 7A, 3B, AAH, ABC and ABY all used the same caliper (same on the sedan/avants too).
