I got 2 A/C codes fianlly: 15.1 and 29.4. Now what do they mean?

I read the diagnosis, can someone explain it (code diagnosis follows)........
First code is 15.1:
Air flow flap motor Potentiometer, static open
(Digital value is internally programmed for limp home mode)
Second code is 29.4:
Belt slip detection "hard", sporadic
Now what do we mean by this?
