1.) Front(aftermarket) and rear fog lights not working along with both switches. Reverse lights work fine. The fuse is fine. Relay is fine. Wiring around fog lights look to be fine.
Could one of the fog light bulbs go out causing none of it to work...like a diagnostic?
2.)Digital climate control lights went out on the left side. 3 out of 4 of them dont work. Checked bulbs and they seem to be fine.
Has anyone had simmilar problems? Any suggestions?

check the jumper(white wire) in your fuse box and make sure it's pushed in properly. It has a tendency to come off.
As far as climate control, check your fuse box for any burnt ones..

...neither of my fog light buttons would come on sometimes (or sometimes I couldn't get them to turn off)...prior to replacing the wiring...

That would be really strange if both switches did that at the same time though. I pulled off both switches and they looked ok. Unless you are talking about pulling the switches out and taking them completely appart...?

Turns out the harness backed its self off the switch. I pulled the head unit out and clipped them back together and BAM!
Still cant figure out the climate control though. I might snag the face of the climate control from my friends car to see if thats where the problem is.
Thanks for all the help thus far!

..there are 6(?) sliding tabs that contact terminals when the switch is toggled on. The problem is that there is some dielectric grease (I guess) that is put on them and over time it turns to glue, collects dirt, etc. The switches can be pulled apart via tabs in the plastic housing, IIRC. Someone may have photos. Good luck and HTH.
