They come off of an S6 Plus. Europrice??????

How bout RS2 stuff from EuroPrice?
Are you saying that stuff wont fit? The site claims everything fits. Oh and to go to the 5-lug. could I just find a junked 92-96 A6? yank the wheels, rotors, and all the brake stuff needed? Just a few ideas

Actually, if you look on Ebay.de, someone makes a look alike of them that fits B3's.
But they look more like the new A6 tails. Still a pretty close match, But IIRC its a once peice deal, tails AND trunk lid.
