When I cold start my car, it will run fine until the point where the RPMs drop to their "normal" level. It would usually drop to 700-800 RPM and idle fine, but now I have noticed it will drop down to around 200 RPM, hang there for 2 seconds, then jump back to 700-800. It runs fine before and after this drop to 200, but the drop occurs everytime I take the car out. (usually after 4-5 minutes of driving when sitting at a light)

Any thoughts on why my car is doing this?

Funny, my car does the opposite when it's cold. Revs a bit higher 950-1000 and drops down to 875-900 after it warms up.

in order to keep the oil pressure up, and get the heat/oil warm as quick as possible.

You will notice the ISV play'n up after warm up when the cold start enrichment switches off. If there's no hesitation during normal driving then I say ISV.

Mine too, just needs a cleaning, i did it before but was on old valve.
