Default That's not a word.

Search for information about the idle stabilizer valve (ISV) and how to clean it. Also read about how to check your engine's fault codes and address any issues there. Make sure all electrical connectors under the hood are connected (ISF, MAF sensor, etc.).

Default You have an type 85 audi 80 b3 right? check your residual pressure and idle mixture on you (x)-jetro

Im not sure which gen bosch jetronic meckanical fuel injection system you have, but... there is an Idle mixture adjustment and residual pressure adjustment for the KE-Jetronic... on the older jetronics like the M or the MC they even have a idle speed adjustment... the ke is an attemp at electronically sencerd fuel mixture so if you have the ke check both your fpr's both f distributor sensor and the fbr.... look for gas resign around the gasket of the FDPR... firstly check for a vac leak anywhere you see gas resen... norrow it down... its most likily not a fault since your check engine light isn't on but you'll have to verify it with someone who knows your fault codes and can elimanate possible possibilities by the symptoms your 80 is producing... hope this helps... - James
