Default Idler and tensioner

I have to take the belt off this week to check my tensioner and idler. One of them is shot I think. I'm worried about losing the spot on my belt and screwing up the timing. Never did a timing belt before. Where can you get an idler pulley and tensioner?.... checked Blau and they have the tensioner but its in a timing belt kit. I didn't see the idler pulley anywhere. I'm afraid of shopping with Blau now....waiting over 8 weeks for two swaybar links..... said it was backordered for only 3-4 weeks.... what to do???
