If looking for a 10vT for engine swap...does it matter if it was from an auto? Mines a manual Q.

If looking for a 10vT for engine swap...does it matter if it was from an auto? Mines a manual Q.

yes, u have to cut something off on auto engines, don't remeber what, koop will tell u for sure

The automatics supposedly have a different bolt pattern for the bell housing to mate the trans to the block. I'd double check first, to be sure however.

I still haven't compared the 12v auto block to the 10vt manual block sitting in the garage...
