where the side moldings were....is it smooth underneath so that if you ran your hand along it you wouldn't feel any bumps? I know this sounds like a weird question but I saw that car on ebay without them...looked good, but i couldn't tell what the texture was like since the car was black. Did Oliver do the same thing with his RS80? Thanks for any input!

Howdy! Pull away, there panels are smooth underneath, but the double sided tape used is strong and I would recommend doing it on a hot day in the sun or with a heat gun/hair dryer. Then you've gotta pull, clean, most likely polish, and hope that the paint is not totally different from what is exposed. Then paint the bumpers up, it looks really odd with the black stripes on the bumper.
Oliver's car has RS trims, but did not start with fat trims, started with skinny 90q20v Sport Trims.
Cheers,

Oh, on the first RS80 I really did that! And it really was a hard job to get all that glue off, even tho the car was to be painted anyways. On the current one I didn't have to, because it used to be a 90 20V sport before, which has the very same narrow trims the RS2 got in a painted version.
