There's two screws in the bottom cover behind your steering wheel...
...(the covers between your wheel/cluster), once the two screws are out, the top cover will come off, this will expose two screws at the bottom of the instrument cluster, remove them, and wiggle the cluster out, disconnect all wiring harnesses and you're set!

Do I have to take the Steering wheel off so i can get the cluster out?
how much slack is on those wires running from the harneses in the back of the cluster? If I have to remove the steering wheel, is the airbaig gonna blow up in my face? Anyone got any input on how to remove my wheel, if it is nessesary.
