So I've been tracking down my bad gas mileage/failed emissions issues and found that cylinders 2 & 3 had lots of buildup around the fuel injector seats so I decided to order a full set of new lower injector seals. I thoroughly cleaned the ports and the surrounding areas on the intake manifold.
What can I do to ensure the absolute best seal against leaks? Should they just go in dry or should I use a sealant or something?
TIA,
- Wren

I didn't know if gasoline is enough lube and was considering motor oil. But if that's what the Bentley says, that's the way I guess I'm going to do it.
