Default my friend and his lexus did that with his logo

he just put the logo on the plastic and sprayed flat black paint over it. removed the logo off the plastic and walla

Default I had to sandblast the inside of the lens

Then make a decal out of some masking tape, paint a bunch of silver paint over it then follow with spray chrome, peel away the masking tape and touch up by scraping with an x-acto.
Took me a couple of days to finish.
I recommend using a baking soda blaster rather than sand, it will preserve the inside of the lens better
