Bought part from them for 150$ in mid-August. On second look parts happened to be bad. So told them to give me a refund. Easier said then done. After 2.5 months of calling, talking to manager, numerous promises to "let the accounting person know", 'we are moving- give us another week', 'it will be done next week' still no refund. Now I have to move to Europe myself, short 150$. I have no time to notify BBB etc, so just letting fellow AWers know. There were a couple of good transactions before, although stuff was a little worse than promised, but I guess they just can't return money. :-(
