Just a few questions on my new (to me) CQ
So I'd like to retain my stock stereo. But I want to use my ipod with some sort of dock station. I hate the antenna broadcast thingy that I have. Has anybody here tried one of these out?

My oil temp gauge is non functional. I figured it was the sensor, but not sure if it's the drum style one, or the one wire style. Any insight?
My coolant temp gauge functions, but when the car comes up to temp the gauge stops working. I figured that I would have to replace the gauge, but maybe somebody out there has run into this and it's another fix?

to answer about your coolant temp gauge, sounds like a flakey MFTS to me
if it works, then drops off, then works again, it's at least getting warm, which means it's not your thermostat.
