Default K&N

whats the difference between a K&N Cone, and K&N Air filter? or are they the same thing? sorry if its a stupid question. i went to a place and they said it'd cost $55.99 to drop it in.

The cone filter is shaped like a cone (sorry if thats too obvious) and replaces the entire air box and drop in filter. The cone allows air to flow into the throttle body easier, thus giving you more power and a nice throaty growl 3000+rpms. you will need an MAF adaptor to install it in your car. TAP sells kits which include the cone, adaptor, and braces, thats where I got mine. Hope this is helpful, I recomend searching some previous posts for more info.
