He was getting a BG fuel induction cleaner(service) and brought his own fuel filter to have them change it since he was getting his fuel system serviced. The bolt on top of the filter (from pump to filter) was so corroded and rusted that it broke. The part was 70$ and was sent next day. It arrived today and it had taken the techs 4 hours to remove and replace with the new one (its a canadian model and has the fuel line run into the body which is unusually for hondas supposedly by their account). They charged him for only one hour of labor and the part; dealer is not liable if part breaks because of age/corrosian when working on that part. It sucked for him but nothing lasts forever.
