Low RPM Hesitation

Low RPM Hesitation
I spent 4 hours detailing the car yesterdat and I get this. At low rpms under 2800 or so when I get lightly on the gas in any gear the car will hold back from accelerating. I'll put the pedal down, the car will pause for a seccond and then it will go. It feels like its taking the gas an extra seccond to reach the engine or something.
Any ideas?

Have you changed your O2's?
My car used to hesitate like this. I changed my 02's and that seemed to fix the problem. It could be something else though....
