To make B3/B4 drivers proud
A few weeks ago drove my friends new B7 S4. DAMN that thing is nice.
I started driving by pulling out of a parking lot on a fairly busy road. I PUNCHED it, shifting into 2nd around 40 or 45 and kept rowing through the gears.
Later my buddy told me I'm the only person who he has let drive the car who took to it that well - Including him.
Just the other day he said the same thing. I guess these cars haven't changed behavior all that much. It felt a lot like driving my CQ

While the breed has been improved, it is still somehow familiar....
Much in the same that my parents '99 A6Aq is years ahead of my '87.5 5kq, but there is a similarity to them ;-)
At least, thats what I think he meant. Maybe he's already been hitting the champagne like my wife and I have been...
