Default Mance Acetron Control Arm Bushings Available!

Howdy folks! A date that many of you have been waiting for has finally arrived. Independent testing of the Mance Acetron Control Arm Bushings has been completed and the results are excellent:

"Got another 125 miles on them and the bushings continue to be impressive. They seem to be settling in now. I think my initial impression of having to turn a little less would more accurately be described as a result of the much improved response. It is lightning quick and I love it. As each mile passed I realized the impact to performance by just doing, for example, shocks and springs. The weak links allow only a minimal percentage of improvement for the upgrade. Since I upgraded each part in succession I can more clearly notice the improvements of each. If I were to do a suspension upgrade again on an Audi or any other vehicle, I would do the whole shebang (shocks/springs, bushings, mounts, swaybar links, etc.) all at once." -Chris

For those of you unaware of what Acetron Control Arm Bushings are. Acetron is a material similar to Delrin, which we all know about for use in control arms, BUT Acetron is the next generation. It's properties are far more bushing friendly, self lubricating, tougher material that will take far longer to wear, you can find this material on high end competition control arms and filtering slowly into the market in other areas. Mance is clued into these markets enough to see a great material ahead of other manufacturers, so we get a shot to have the top of line material used on our 80/90/CQ/Cab models!

The bushings are designed in a two piece form, so each end of the bushing features a tight fit against the subframe and control arm, this equals much less deflection folks! Mance has also had each stainless center sleeve fitted with a lubrication track to keep the Acetron from causing any noise against the stainless sleeve, no creaking or squeaking like poly bushings!

For an 80/90/CQ yes, for a 4000 no. Host of differences for the 4k/CGT that make it a bit harder
