Mance Mounts Report...

Yesterday I had the solid strut mounts installed by Marty, my mechanic.
He was very impressed with the quality and the ease of installation. He told me there were no surprises.
He is a real skeptic about buying over the Internet, but he commented several times about what a good engineering job had been done on these mounts.
Here are the links to 3 pictures:

I thought the ride might be very harsh, somewhat like the ride in my 1984 4000 with Delrin front bushings, but I was pleasantly surprised how little difference there was between the stock ride and the solid strut ride. It feels slmost like the stock ride.
My cost to have them installed was $130.00.
Don't be afraid to buy these. Mance's quality is of the highest caliber.
The only thing that could be included in the kit is a mechanic to install them.
Can someone give me instructions on how to post a picture within the text, instead of the way I did it above?
Thank you.
Mance, keep up the great work and keep developing quality parts for our great cars. You have yet to disappoint me in all that I have purchased from you. If you are ever in Orange County, lets get together.

They have been in my 90 for several weeks now, and are the upgrade to get! Make sure your lower A-arm bushings are fresh! ;O)
The AW FAQ has info on how to post a pic-<ul><li><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/forum/faq.shtml#11">https://www.audiworld.com/forum/faq.shtml#11</a</li></ul>

I will drive down and meet Mance myself and bring enough money with me, to buy one of everything he has made that will fit my coupe. :-)

also had to replace a ball joint at the same time. marked where the old one was, put the new one. my shop was already closed for the day and everyone was gone so I didn't get to re-align it.
