Default Which manual is correct for torque specs ALLDATA or Gates?

I did my timing belt and all that other fun stuff with no complications BUT I have 2 different manuals telling different torque settings for the AAH engine. Gates says the camshaft bolt is 55 lbs and ALLDATA says 23 lbs + 180degrees. For the crankshaft bolt the Gates says 200lbs and ALLDATA says 148lbs+180 degrees. I did put a new crankshaft bolt and I followed ALLDATAs torque specs I hope I chose correct.
