Master or slave?

I've got nice new brake fluid shoes, complements of either my master or slave leaking in my 80 4cyl. Can't tell exactly where it's coming from under the dash though, and was wondering if this is usually the master or slave that tends to leak here. Thanks.

Clutch master is under the dash if I remember right?? I just changed one in my 5000TQ. The brake master is engine compartment and connected to the booster I don't think it would get in the car. The clutch master though has only a slide on fill line connecting it to the reservoir. Or maybe the seals just failed.

I guess I better really dig in there to pinpoint exactly where the leak is, but at least is't not the slave. Thanks.

Well my guess is still the clutch master. If it's just the feed line your pedal won't change. But if it's the seals you will start to lose pedal.
