Need to see your handy work first! I need 2 prototypes from your production run for testing.
You send me 2 production run, final assemblies.
I'll have them evaluated, and if we like your product, we'll buy the remaining 48.
Just like any other venture, you front the start-up cash.
If your serious, have a lawyer draw up a contract for my review as well.
