I DIY all mine! ;O) However.............

I have all the "special Tools" needed to make the job a success! Plus I've changed several dozen, in over 20 years of Audi-ship! ;O)

Re: Why change the entire axle, if only the CV boots bad?

I cannot see replacing your entire axle assembly, if only the CV boot is bad. Especially in my case, where I'm very proficent at changing CV boots! ;O)
