good, it my first german car, and i noticed that they doo they that alot. i also noticed german breakpads generate alot of brake dust.

Howdy! Not all pads squeal by any means! The manufacturing process has nothing to do with it, it is the compound the pads are made out of. Organic pads do not squeal, they tend to be gentler on the rotor, and don't make a ton of dust, BUT they heat up faster and glaze at lower temps. Semi-metallic pads can squeal more, manufacturers all use different substances in pads so some squeal more than others, they are harder on rotors, make more dust usually, but will take heat better. There are more pad compound choices than you can count on your fingers and toes, no one style of manufacturing causes sqealing.
You can also rid yourself of squeal by trying to dampen the vibrations causing the noise, backing plates, pad goop, and so on.

I would, but they tell me you need this strange and mystical thing called money. I do not know what this "money" they speak of is, seeing i do not own it. Has anyone with an Audi had this strange problem with this so called "money"?
