Well, my girlfriend managed to connect with a tree while driving my '88 90. I guess Ukrainian driver's ed isn't up to snuff. The glass for the passenger side mirror is cracked and keeps falling out. The dealer quoted $91 just for the glass. Anyone know where I can find a used piece of glass cheap?

My power mirror only goes left to right but not up and down. I can hear the motor working so I know it is not the switch. My question is how do you get the glass off to see what is happening? (Besides breaking it) Sorry about that. Have you tried finding a whole mirror at the auto-wreckers?

Now that you mention it, I've never taken off glass that wasn't already cracked, so I don't know how hard it would be to take off without cracking. There is a plastic part on the back side that just snaps into the actuator. If you're carefull prying it out, I bet it can be done.
