Most likely places to loose oil

I have oil cake/gunk in my spark plug wells and under the manifold. What are the most likely rotting gaskets, seals?

can I replace these myself............ easily?

Sounds like ur valve cover gasket is shot. Its easy to replace

I did it on my brother's 90q 20V
