I had different problems with the software once.....
1-800-585-2382 is the number for Bently eBan customer support
they will fix you up, and they made shure I did not waste one of my transfers by fixing it myself
(you can only transfer the cd rom to so many computers)

Virtual machine is a microsoft implementation of Java - no longer available/supported.
If you need it, let me know and I can post it on my site for download. I have the latest available version.
