Not possible, the 7A will not run with the MAF unplugged. The AAN and some others can though.

Default Totally possible. I have been driving around with it unplugged for a month.

I had no power but the car ran. The idle air screw was backed way out though. This all started when I replaced the TPS and throttle body with used units. I forgot to plug the MAF back in and I blamed the TPS for the fault but just drove it that way until I had time to check things out.

Did plugging it in cure your idle issue?
