MY REVERSE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING??!!

I replaced the bulbs. Checked the fuse. They were fine. Has this happened to anyone else's CQ?

check the wiring harness from car to hatch. Been discussed a lot the past two weeks.

wires flex too many times and break.

wait... nevermind... wasn't thinking straight...

CQ doesn't have reverse lights in the trunk lid (unlike the sedan), so the wiring harness shouldn't affect it.

The harness is located around the hinges when you open the trunk hatch. Over time the wires become brittle and break... sometimes causing shorts that blow fuses and cause weird electrical issues. You should still check it, but it may not be the problem. Might simply be the reverse-switch on the transmission.
